Hi, I'm Ursula Capell, Founder of CoCreative Future

 A bit about me

I’m Ursula Capell, leadership and life coach, creativity researcher and founder of CoCreative Future.

After two decades in senior roles across the creative and broadcast industries - BBC, Sky, Red Bee Creative, Lambie-Nairn, Hoxby and beyond - I saw first-hand what happens when brilliant people become trapped in roles, systems or ways of working that drain rather than energise. I also saw what’s possible when they’re given the space, trust and support to lead, think and live differently.

That’s what led me to this work.

With an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, training in Co-Active coaching, NLP and hypnotherapy, and years of experience guiding people through change, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight, research-backed methodology and deeply personal understanding.

CoCreative Future was built to meet the moment we’re in: a time where both individuals and organisations are craving a new way forward - one that values creativity, humanity and purpose alongside performance.

Our work spans three key areas:
- helping emerging leaders build confidence and presence
-partnering with organisations to foster more creative, autonomous cultures
-supporting experienced professionals navigating transitions and redefining success on their own terms.
