 A bit about me

We all reach moments in life where the path we’re on no longer fits. Maybe you’ve ticked the boxes of traditional success, but feel stuck, lost, or quietly questioning: Is this really it? That’s where the Redesign Your Future journey begins.

I’m a leadership and life coach, a creativity researcher, and a guide for mid-life professionals who feel disconnected from their purpose, drained by their current work, or ready to make a change but don’t know how. I created Redesign Your Future for people just like you - people who know something needs to shift, but need a space and a process to figure out what and how.

This isn’t about burning everything down. It’s about reconnecting to what lights you up. Clarifying what really matters. Making small, brave steps that lead to big, meaningful change. And doing it with courage, creativity, and support.

My work draws on 20+ years of leadership in the creative and broadcast industries (BBC, Sky, Hoxby), and is backed by an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, training in NLP, hypnotherapy, Co-Active coaching, and years of experience guiding individuals through life’s messy transitions.

What makes this work powerful is that I’ve lived it. I’ve faced burnout, identity shifts, breast cancer, and reinvention. I know what it means to wake up to the realisation that your life doesn’t feel like your own — and to begin the brave process of reclaiming it.

Through my one to one and group coaching, I offer a space to reflect, dream, and take practical, aligned action — whether through one-to-one coaching or group programmes. Together, we explore what success looks like on your terms, reimagine your next chapter, and create a life you’re excited to wake up to.
